REVIEW
La Madeleine is a Catholic church in the 8th arrondissement. I had the opportunity to visit this church in 2022 since it was used as a venue for a Four Seasons by Vivaldi concert I saw. The church is magnificent in its size, architecture and interior - especially the grand Ecstacy of Mary Magdalene statue behind the altar as well as other works of art.
Do I recommend the Madeleine Church?
If it’s your first time in Paris, you do not need to see this church.
