REVIEW
This fashion museum is very well-done, with its excellent use of light, colour and sound. Upon entering the museum, you can tell a lot of money was spent in putting it together - which is very fitting for the luxurious House of Dior.
I’ve only been here once so I don’t know whether the gallery changes its exhibitions like other fashion museums in the city - but the display I saw was absolutely magnificent. The way the collections are laid out makes it easy to digest all the information about Monsieur Dior and the fashion house. I unfortunately did not get a chance to try the Dior-themed cafe at the end of the visit (since I ended up spending more time than I planned for here), but I imagine its very fun and gimmicky (in a really good “LVMH way”).
I’m not sure that I have a tip on the best time to visit the gallery, since the queue doesn’t appear to get shorter regardless of what time of day I’ve passed by the Av. Montaigne shopping area. So my only tip would be to arrive relatively earlier than your entrance time to make sure you’re at the front of your group.
