REVIEW
During my first solo trip in 2022, I visited went here to purchase some luggages to bring home. At the time, I wasn’t very smart with how I was navigating to this branch and actually ended up in Printemps Haussmann which is a similar department store about a block away from Galeries Lafayette Haussmann. While the mix-up may be a uniquely me-thing to happen, I still wanted to share so you don’t end up confused like I did.
Once I did get there, I was helped by a Sales Associate named, Tommy, and he was prompt with assisting me and wrapping my purchase up. I bought a cabin bag and a large check-in bag during my visit.
Not that this is a Rimowa luggage review, but I’ve been obsessed with the wheels on the luggages ever since. I don’t think I can ever go back.

If you do end up making a purchase, ask your SA to have the luggages delivered to your hotel in Paris. If it’s within the metropolitan area, they will deliver it to your hotel by 22:00 the same day. That way, you can head right on to the next item on your itinerary. You also won’t get stuck with lugging the suitcases around or need go back to your hotel room just to drop it off.
