REVIEW

I haven’t quite been to any city that practically belongs to one person the way Barcelona belongs to Antoni Gaudi. Park Guell is a huge public park scattered with Gaudi’s Trencadis style of art while boasting amazing skyline views of the city.

Do I recommend Park Guell?

HOT TIPS

  1. Dress comfortably - Park Guell is huge in scale and can take multiple hours to roam if you really wanted to. The park is situated on top of a hill and is not accessible by bus or taxi apps. Even though the path to the park is completely paved, be prepared to climb quite a steep hill. My best friend and I went at the peak of summer, and since I didn’t research much at the time, I was a little overwhelmed by the hike (to say the least).
